Alix Sasse

Board Member & Director of Marketing & Operations

Alix is the owner of The Social Bit Marketing and Photography which specializes in elevating and nurturing equine businesses and small businesses in general. She also serves as a equine, corporate and life coach with Fresh Start Life Solutions.

As a graduate from William Woods University and a student from their equestrian administration program and communications where she studies public relations and leadership training, she passionately serves FCYR. As well as a mother to 3 boys she has combined her love for the Lord- her skills and passions all in one to complement our mission and outreach goals.

Our Wranglers

Our wranglers go through a seasonal training on safety, horsemanship, and character development to help prepare them for riding with our herd and our clients. Our hope is that we serve you well and that your time with us reflects the peace, joy and love that God has shown us in our horses and the beauty of the trails all around us.

    Denzel Washington once said, “Don’t aspire to make a living, aspire to make a difference.” This has truly aligned with me in helping out with Leo and Flint Creek Youth Ranch. The experiences FCYR has given me has been so impactful and has pushed me become a better person, spreading kindness and smiles to others. Volunteering here, getting to know the herd, and meeting new people has been amazing, and it makes me incredibly proud to be apart of FCYR.

    I love being around horses they have such a soft place in my heart! Getting to know all the horses in the herd has been a joy they all have their own personalities which is so fun to watch. The wrangling is a great time for them to practice leadership training and we love to meet new people along the trail.
